Fereydoun
FARSHBAF founder and current director of East Magic Company
was born in 1942 in Tehran-Iran, has spent most of his
life in the arts and it's applications in industrial
productions. When 17 he designed the
famous logo of IranAir Company well known as
Homa.
He attended various art programs, including the Fine Arts and
Ceramic Arts, in both Iran and England. Overall, his
self-education, study and research exceed the scope of these
programs and none of his projects remained as just art, but rather
always strove to express and utilize it in industrial production.
As a professional artist he made hundreds of advertising films which
were broadcast in the Middle East countries using a blend of animation
and real pictures almost three decades ago. He also attended
film festivals with several short films particularly
documentary and for children.
He later worked over several projects including a factory for
the production of toys, and cooperating with several
organizations for the design, decoration and manufacturing.
